On April 19, 2025, We'll hang out with David Fugate, my literary agent, talking about the publishing industry and what makes for a great book.

April’s Live Lab Session will be a discussion for Paid Lab Members with David Fugate of LaunchBooks Literary Agent.

We’’l have a lively discussion about:

• How the book industry really works

• What the process is for publishing a book

• What are the elements of a great book

• Your questions about books and the publishing industry

David is also the literary agent for Chris Guillebeau, author of $100 Startup and Andy Weir, author of The Martian, and David has represented authors for other books you may have read.

The session will be recorded, so even if you can’t attend, submit your questions and watch the answers in the replay if you’re a Paid Lab Member.
