Saturday’s Live Lab Workshop: What Makes This Sketchnote Tick, Live!
On Saturday, January 25th at Noon US Central, I’ll deconstruct two sketchnotes live in this month’s Live Lab Workshop. Subscribe to attend!
Last month, I wrote about deconstructing sketchnotes to learn from them in my What Makes This Sketchnote Tick video post. This Saturday, I’ll do a live deconstruction where you can participate in the fun and ask questions!
Saturday’s Live Lab Session Details
In Saturday’s session, watch me deconstruct two sketchnotes live. You’ll have a chance to see me work and ask questions. Sketchnoter Prof Michael Clayton will offer insights on the call with me. It’s going to be a blast!
What does deconstructing a sketchnote look like?
Read this post on deconstruction or check out my 15-minute video to see what my sketchnote deconstruction process looks like:
What will I be deconstructing?
Here are the two sketchnotes I’ll be deconstructing on Saturday:
Sketchnoting in Schools - This analog sketchnote from Mike captures a LOT of information in a very compact, readable way. I can’t wait to break this down to show how the Prof has organized it so effectively.
7 Ways to Be the Change - I’m fascinated by Prof’s use of triangles in this digital sketchnote to create dynamic tension with the information, along with powerful graphics and minimal text.
